THERME AND CONDITION
1/ After receiving your order. You will receive the invoice with the actual weights and the final amount, by email. Delivery will be validated after receipt of the settlement.
2/ Products are subject to availability.
3/ We will deliver to the address indicated when you set up an account. If you change your address, do not forget to specify it on your account. We will not be held responsible.
4/ In case you ask us to leave an unattended delivery at your address, or not to be present to receive the delivery, we do not accept any responsibility in case of any problems that may arise. This includes theft, tampering, contamination, and the result of any temperature change for items that need to be kept cool or frozen.
5/ It is possible that certain location in the territory is inaccessible by the carrier. If we are unable to deliver you, or deliver you late, for reasons beyond our control, we cannot accept responsibility for the inconvenience or loss that this causes. Our liability is limited to the price of incorrect products or products that are not delivered.
6/ You should inspect the products as soon as possible after delivery and notify us quickly if you find any defects. You will receive a replacement product after you return the photo of the product in question. Otherwise, our liability is limited as these conditions provide.
7/ We accept payment by bank transfer, QR code and credit card. For deliveries to Phuket the cash payment is accepted on delivery.
8/ To change or cancel an order you must contact us before 8am on the day of your delivery.
9/ We will not be held responsible for incidents beyond our control such as: fire, flood, strikes, riots, accidents, disruptions to energy supply, civil unrest, acts of terrorism or war, equipment failure, road traffic problems.
10/ We will collect, process, store and transfer your personal data in accordance with relevant Thai data protection laws and regulations. We will have no responsibility to you for the loss or damage to the data, except strictly as required by this law and regulation. Nothing in these circumstances will limit our liability for death or bodily harm resulting from our negligence, breach of contract or breach of legal duty, and none of these conditions will limit any of your statutory rights. For more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Consumer Protection Commission office.
11/ Keep your password confidential. You will be responsible for all activities and commands that occur under your password. If you are worried that someone else knows your password, you can change it to your account.
