1. Order Validation

After receiving your order, you will receive an invoice by email indicating the actual weight and final amount. Delivery will only be confirmed after payment has been received.

2. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

3. Delivery Address

We will deliver to the address provided when creating your account. If you change your address, it is your responsibility to update your account information. We cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from an incorrect or outdated address.

4. Unattended Delivery

If you request us to leave a delivery unattended at your address, or if you choose not to be present to receive the delivery, we disclaim all responsibility for any issues that may arise.

This includes theft, tampering, contamination, or any deterioration resulting from temperature changes affecting products that must be refrigerated or frozen.

5. Delivery Areas & Liability

Certain locations may be inaccessible to our delivery carrier. If we are unable to deliver, or if delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss caused.

Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of incorrectly delivered or undelivered products.

6. Product Inspection

You must inspect the products as soon as possible after delivery and notify us promptly if any defects are found.

A replacement product may be provided after receiving a photo of the affected item. Otherwise, our liability shall remain limited in accordance with these terms.

7. Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer and QR Code.

For deliveries in Phuket, cash payment is accepted upon delivery.

8. Order Modification or Cancellation

Any request to modify or cancel an order must be made before 8:00 AM on the delivery day.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Fire
• Flooding
• Strikes
• Riots
• Accidents
• Energy supply disruptions
• Civil unrest
• Acts of terrorism or war
• Equipment failure
• Road traffic disruptions

10. Personal Data Protection

We collect, process, store, and transfer your personal data in compliance with applicable Thai laws and regulations concerning data protection.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to data except where strictly required by law.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of contract, or failure to comply with legal obligations.

None of these terms shall limit your statutory rights. For further information, please contact your local Consumer Protection Office.

11. Account Security

Please keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activities and orders made under your account.

If you believe someone else knows your password, you should immediately change it through your account settings.
